Check-in opens: 09.00 (No booking number needed, only passport)

Passport: To enable a smooth and time efficient check-in and to avoid long queues at the DFDS terminal in Copenhagen, we ask you on behalf of Gotlandsbolaget to please send us your passport number ASAP in case you haven’t already done so to conference@shippax.se

Early check-in / Early Embarkation: 09.30 for exhibitors, sponsors and speakers: Please contact us at conference@shippax.se  ASAP

Embarkation: starts 10.30

Check-in to cabins: around 14.00, in the meantime your luggage can be stored at Deck 7, in the Drivers Lounge

Welcome coffee: 10.30 at Deck 8 in the exhibition area, Blue Riband, sponsored by Stena RoRo

Conference begins: 11.15 at Deck 8 in Columbus Club

Badge:

Handed out together with the boarding card and a folder with delegate list, conference catalogue, Shippax Info magazine and other useful documents at the check-in at the DFDS Terminal. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE BADGE AND/OR LANYARD TO YOUR OWN.

Change of delegate

Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge if he/she carries a letter of authorisation from the original participant and if the conference office has been notified of the name of the substitute participant before the conference. PLEASE NOTE: changes need to be made at the latest this Friday, to be guaranteed.

Bus transfers from Tivoli Hotel:

For those of you staying at the Tivoli Hotel, buses will leave for the DFDS terminal outside the Tivoli Hotel at 09.00 on 2 April.

For those of you taking a car, the nearest garage is the Parkeringshus Amerika Plads
