Actemium Electro AB is part of the brand Actemium and is a company of the VINCI Energies Nordic since 2012. We are ca. 45 employees with an annual turnover of 10 million Euro. We have offices and workshops in the Stora Höga 50km north Gothenburg, but working across the country. Actemium Electro AB started its business in 2001 and we are a certified electrician for low voltage and medium voltage. Data and fiber installations are also areas that we are certified and have extensive experience. Since 2010, we work within the OPS (Onshore Power Supply) as our speciality a turnkey solutions, we have built and operating 13st plants in Sweden, Norway and France. Seachange
Seachange is building high-speed, electric, hydrofoiling RoPax ferries made from carbon fibre.
Our ferry, the Foil 40, is 40 meters long with capacity for 40 vehicles and 200 passengers. It has
a cruise speed of 45 knots and can foil smoothly in swells up to 4 meters significant wave height.
Our first commercial ferry will be in the water next year and will operate in New Zealand across
the Cook Strait.
Sefine Shipyard
Founded in 2005 and occupying over 140.000 m2 of land for newbuilding, repair-maintenance and conversion, Sefine Shipyard is one of the leading establishments in Yalova region with over 4000 yard employees including subcontractor personnel.
The shipyard is able to undertake ship repair services up to 90.000 DWT on its Post-Panamax size graving dock and up to 120.000 DWT on its Aframax size floating dock.
On the other hand, Sefine has the technical ability and physical capacity to perform new building of various types of ships such as General Cargo Vessels, Double Ended Car&Passenger Ferries, Offshore Vessels, Search&Rescue Boats, AHTs, Tug Boats and Live Fish Carriers.
